Chocolate Design with Tape

I always wanted to try out fun designs with tape. But I never really knew which tape to use - and I’m still not entirely sure. In this video I used a regular electrical PVC tape (creates really nice sharp edges and no adhesive residue on mold) and I’ve seen people using regular masking tape as well.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find a food grade PVC tape therefore I can’t make recommendations. But if you use tape with an acrylic or epoxy type adhesive, they should be food safe.
