Which colors are you using?
I make most of my colors from scratch, but I'm also using Roxy & Rich or colors from Chef Rubber.
Where is the color coming from?
It's colored cocoa butter, food coloring
Why is one chocolate bar called Tanzania and another Mexico?
It's not necessarily the name of my chocolate bar, it's where the cacao is growing.
Do you sell "slave chocolate"?
No I don't. That's exactly the point why I make bean-to-bar chocolate. I source my cacao as direct as possible from Good King Cacao, Uncommon Cacao and Chocolate Alchemy
Are your products vegan?
Yes. I don't use dairy like milk or cream. But my prodcuts are not certified "vegan".
