Pecan + Pretzel

I want to try out a pecan praline with pretzels. Never tried this out before, but I think and hope it’s straight forward… but who knows with my scattered brain :)

Pecan Praline

Ingredients

  • 200g or 1.5 cups pecan

  • 150g or 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon glucose syrup

  • 150g or 1 cup dark chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon cacao butter (not necessary, only to make blending process easier)

  • Pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Add sugar, glucose syrup and nuts into saucepan and simmer until golden brown color

  • Let cool down

  • Chop into smaller pieces

  • Mix in a blender until consistency of peanut butter

  • Add chocolate and salt

  • Blend well
