Rapsberry Balsamic Vinegar Chocolate Gone Wrong

A few years ago I tried out a recipe with a fig balsamic vinegar and a hazelnut praline. Things didn’t go as planned. Today I want to give it another go, but with a raspberry balsamic vinegar and a hazelnut gjanduia… well not so sure if it went any better.
