Pistachio + Banana Praline

Once a year, I make a slab ganache, which is a firmer ganache used for cutting and enrobing. I’ve previously made flavors like lemon thyme, strawberry rhubarb, and hazelnut coffee praline. Today, I’m trying banana and pistachio for the first time.
