Join me for an afternoon of chocolate and wine! During our class, we start out with a look behind the scenes of artisan chocolate making. Where is cacao coming from? How is chocolate made in small batches?
Then we move on to the most important part: the chocolate and wine pairing! Learn how to detect different flavors, textures, and great pairing combos!
