Join chocolate maker Angi from ChocolateSpiel for a delicious and fun chocolate + coffee pairing experience! This two-part class begins with a behind-the-scenes look at cacao: where it’s grown and how small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate is made. 

Then it’s time for the best part: tasting. 

You’ll sample intentionally paired bean-to-bar chocolate and coffees, featuring three different coffee origins from Mukilteo Coffee Roasters matched with a variety of handcrafted chocolate. Expect bold flavors, surprising combinations, and plenty of chocolatey fun.
