In this class, we’ll explore where cacao grows, how it’s processed after harvest, and how Chocolate Maker Angi from ChocolateSpiel, transform it into small-batch chocolate. We’ll take an inside look at the bean-to-bar process, and we’ll taste chocolate together while learning how origin and technique shape flavor.
