What to do with Cacao Nibs? Part 2 Smoothie with Nibs
Smoothies are great for breakfast or as a snack in between. You want chocolate flavor without any added sugar? Grab some nibs and let’s go!
What you need to make my Mango Spinach Smoothie:
- 3/4 cup or 180ml almond milk (you can also use regular milk) 
- 1 cup or 30g spinach 
- 1 cup or 165g mango (I used frozen mango) 
- 1-2 teaspoons almond butter 
- 1/4 cup or 30g nibs 
How to make the Mango Spinach Smoothie:
- Add milk and mango to a blender 
- Mix for 1 minute on highest speed 
- Add spinach, almond butter and nibs 
- Mix again for 1 minute on highest speed
