Hazelnut Gianduja

Hazelnut Gianduja. A classic. And very very delicious!

I like to add creaminess with cashews, but if you don’t like it, leave it out and fill up with hazelnuts :)

This is not only for bon bons, but works in tarts and cakes too!

Ingredients

875 g or 5 cups hazelnut

875 g or 5 cups cashew

125 g or 1/2 cup melted cacao butter

200 g or 1 cup sugar

425 g or 2 1/8 cup chocolate (I’m using a dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients fine-ish in blender 

  2. You’re done if you’re happy with the consistency 

  3. If you want a smooth end result grind in melanger until smooth
