This handcrafted treat starts with tender candied orange peel: fragrant, chewy, and naturally bursting with citrus oils. Each strip is dipped in my silky 60% single origin dark chocolate from Uganda, a bean-to-bar chocolate I make in small batches using ethically sourced cacao.
