Crunchy, toasty, and deeply chocolatey.

This Granola Crunch bar is a collaboration with Carnation Farms, featuring their delicious handcrafted granola folded into my bean-to-bar dark chocolate. The crunchy granola pairs beautifully with the smooth, nutty notes of this 65% single-origin Ecuadorian cacao, creating a satisfying balance of texture and flavor.

Every bar is crafted from scratch in small batches, from cocoa bean to finished chocolate.

Ingredients chocolate:

Cacao, sugar, cacao butter

Ingredients granola:

Oat, maple syrup, dried sweetened cherries (cherries, can sugar, sunflower oil), coconut oil, dried coconut, brown sugar, salt 

Contains: coconut 

May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten and peanuts.

Shelf life: over 1 year

The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
