🌶️ Gochugaru Pepita — 68% single origin chocolate from India with Korean gochugaru chili and crunchy pepitas. Medium spice level with warm, savory notes.

🍊 Spicy Orange — 72% single origin chocolate from Dominican Republic, infused with orange and cayenne for a bright citrus flavor with a medium-high kick.

Each bar is handcrafted from bean to bar, meaning I roast, crack, winnow, grind, temper, and mold every batch myself for exceptional flavor and quality.
