Single origin chocolate, made from scratch with cocoa from Uganda. The bar is 70% dark with balsamic garlic sauce from MOB Sauce in Portland. 

Ingredients: cacao, sugar, cacao butter, black garlic balsamic from MOB Sauce (balsamic, black garlic)

May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and gluten. 

Size: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in

Shelf life: over 1 year

The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
