Chocolate maker Angi of Chocolate Spiel and coffee roaster Ikaika of 36 Streets Vietnamese Coffee will walk you through a curated pairing experience, exploring how cacao and coffee—both deeply shaped by origin, fermentation, and roasting—interact in surprising and delicious ways.
You’ll taste small-batch bean-to-bar chocolates alongside locally roasted Vietnamese coffees, learning how flavor notes shift, complement, and amplify one another. Our mission is to create vibrant, inclusive gatherings of cultural groups, local artists, non-profits & merchants for the enrichment & joy of the community.

We can’t wait to bring local to life with booth after booth of overflowing produce from Washington’s rich agricultural land, sustainably raised meats, and artisan yumminess for all our community members to enjoy and experience (including furry ones)! Stay tuned for our full vendor roster announcement in May that will include your returning favorites, new small food businesses we are fostering in their infancy and new this season on a weekly basis, a handful of artisan goods for your self and home as part of a pilot program at BFM.
